Paid plans are billed according to the pricing published on our website unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Trials, upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are handled according to your plan terms. Contact accounts@workedge.co.za for billing enquiries.

WorkEdge and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, branding and documentation. You retain ownership of business data you submit to the Service.

You grant WorkEdge a limited licence to host, process and display your data solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. WorkEdge does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You are responsible for decisions made using information from the Service and for maintaining appropriate backups of your business data where required.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, WorkEdge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid by you to WorkEdge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.

WorkEdge uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website and applications.
