WorkEdge ("WorkEdge", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you use our website (https://www.workedge.co.za), applications and related services.
This policy is intended to align with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and applies to users in South Africa unless stated otherwise.

WorkEdge processes personal information as a responsible party and, where applicable, as an operator on behalf of customers who use the platform to manage their own business data.
Customers who use WorkEdge to process personal information about their employees, customers or contacts remain responsible for their own POPIA compliance, including lawful basis, notices and data subject requests for that data.
